2007 we grows,we start manufacturing in our own factory,when the automation of polishing in China upgrades, in the same years,we got 35% of market share in Aluminium profile polishing market.
2008 We got 20% of the market share in instrument surface polishing market.
2009 We participate in industries of sanitary ware and lock,and got 16% of market share.
2009-2011 we got involved in small home appliance such as electric kettles,and soy bean milk maker,we also polish for cutlers,and got 30% of market share.Every 3 pieces out of ten electric kettles were polished by NBW's product. NBW got "technical Contribution Award" from Midea G
Roup.
2010-2015 we got 30% market share of phone cases polishing,the business share accounts for 78% of our revenue. NBW enters a brand new era of fast developing.
2013-2015 we step into the polishing of automobile luggage rack, window frame, trim,rear corner window etc. Leading the polishing technology of this industry.
2014-2017 we become the polishing supplier of mobile phones from Huawei,OPPO,VIVO,XIAOMI,and for abrasive material and detergent, we got 20% of total market share.
2015-to date we develop new polishing technology with our business partner,for polishing advanced materials such as ceramic and glass for mobile phone cases.The products is still under confidentiality at this moment.
Polishing material application, polishing process, technical after-sales service
1. Provide all polishing material application guidance and on-site installation instructions;
2. According to customer's polishing material, applied equipment and quality, efficiency, cost requirements, to provide scientific polishing process instructions, and actual production guidance;
3. According to the adverse phenomena after polishing, oxidation, electroplating and painting, make practical technical application instructions until the problem is solved in time.
